We need your contact information to be able to handle your orders or inquiries or to provide you with information during a project/event/collaboration. Contact information may also be used in connection with sales and marketing.

Who has access to the data?

Only Black Thiles' own employees have access to your contact information. Collaborators only get access to the information they need to deliver their goods and services in the best interests of you as a customer.

If you have discovered a discrepancy between one of our services and our privacy policy, or with one of the services provided by us, we would appreciate it if you let us know via the following form: You will be sent a copy of your inquiry to the e-mail address you provide.

How long do you store data?

We keep personal data related to our products/projects for a while after the project has been completed. This is to be able to answer questions that should arise afterwards. We delete the personal data when we no longer find it appropriate to take care of them. General information and contact person with telephone and e-mail address are kept for history and references.

Your right to access, correction and deletion

You have the right to see what data we have stored about you, to know what it is used for and how long it is stored. You have the right to request the amendment of information that is incorrect and the deletion of information you consider to be unnecessary. You also have the right to withdraw your consent, if you wish, and possibly complain to a supervisory authority.

Responsible data processor

It is the general manager of Black Thiles who is the responsible data processor with us. The person is responsible for the information that is collected, that internal controls are carried out and that any deviations from current guidelines and legislation are reported and corrected.
